Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse service at our discretion.

Images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, however minor variations may occur due to lighting, printing, grading standards, or manufacturing differences.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Welcome Stranger Collectibles is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Loss or non-delivery is not covered unless the WSC Store Guarantee has been purchased.

WSC Store Guarantee

The optional WSC Store Guarantee, offered once per week, provides coverage for parcels confirmed lost in transit. Resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Orders placed without the WSC Store Guarantee are not eligible for compensation for lost parcels.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless an item is faulty or not as described. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding associated with Welcome Stranger Collectibles are the property of Welcome Stranger Collectibles and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Welcome Stranger Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
