We strive to provide the best possible experience with every Welcome Stranger Collectibles order. If something changes or you need assistance with an order, the information below explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at welcomestrangercollectibles@gmail.com .
We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the refund conditions below will apply.

Can I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchased product and would like to request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Contact welcomestrangercollectibles@gmail.com to begin the refund process.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, remain in its original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Welcome Stranger Collectibles reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund.

How are approved refunds processed?

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Refund processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
Approved refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account after being processed.

What condition must returned products be in?

Products submitted for a refund must be:
- Unused
- In the original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
Products may be inspected before a refund is approved.
